Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Even we are not immune against faults or defective articles. In such cases, the RMA form helps you to return defective goods. We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience and will do everything we can to help you as quickly as possible.

Please dial +49 261 9285 200 to request you RMA number. Then download the RMA form and fill it in, providing as much detail as possible. More information can be found in the RMA form.
