A new direction for financial management at VIVAVIS AG

VIVAVIS AG is reorganising its Executive Board in the finance division.

Joachim Müller is stepping down from his role as a member of the Executive Board and CFO of VIVAVIS AG. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board would like to express their sincere thanks to him for his dedication and the impetus he has provided over the past twelve months or so – particularly in the areas of financial management and organisational and strategic development – and wish him all the best for this new chapter in his life.

With effect from 4 May 2026, Dr Karl Ludwig Kley will be appointed to the Executive Board / as CFO of VIVAVIS AG.

Dr Karl Ludwig Kley brings with him many years’ experience in financial management at medium-sized companies, as well as in the fields of private equity and corporate transformation. Most recently, he established the corporate finance consultancy Kley & Cie in Switzerland and provided support for M&A and transformation projects. Prior to that, his roles included serving as CFO, working in the private equity sector and, most recently, heading the venture capital investment arm at Bilfinger AG.
